    As far as i know Agra Halle is not a city, it´s the open area in wich takes place certains events on the Wave gothic Treffen in Leipzig (germany).

    The concert you are refering too is the opening concert for the WGT, tikets can be bougth here:

    I´m not sure if it´s possible to buy tikets for a single day, but anyway if you plan to go to germany for seeing that band I think you will enjoy staying in the festivala few days.
