With this tutorial I’m going to show you how to buy in our shop, since the moment in which you chose the item you want until you receive it in your home, steep by steep so there are no surprises (I think every online shop should do something like this).
The following article include information on how to make a regular order in our Website but remember that you can also order your products by email, just send us an email stating the products you want and your personal information (don’t forget the shipping address) at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Once you click on the desired category you will get into a screen that organize the products depending on it’s type for making it easier for you to find whatever you are looking for, you will find a menu to the right that will allow you to navigate faster through the web.
That menu is pretty self explanatory but here is a small explication: Just below the heading there is a small listing of the product categories of the shop, in this case most of them are related to gothic makeup, it’s only purpose it’s to make it easier to navigate through the shop, clicking in each name it will get you to the adequate category and since the menu color changes with the categories visited in the past it will make easier for you to find previous products that you checked earlier. Just under it there is a search function that will allow you to go directly to any product or search if we have something that it’s named as you want, for example “shadow” A little bit below you have the advanced search options and the account maintenance that will allow you to change your data if desired. In the bottom there is your shopping cart, you can check them the items that you added to your cart but you didn’t bought yet. Let’s keep moving. After a small walk through the shop we will get to the product description, there are 2 descriptions, one small and another detailed description, let’s see them:
In the short description we can see , the name, prize, a small description, a small image, the rating that previous clients give the product and a button for adding the product to the cart. If we aren’t sure or want to know more, you can always check the detailed description.
In this screen you will find all the information contained in the short description as well as several other options like sending a question by email, write a opinion of the product or read other people ratings, as well as clicking on “view larger image” tat I think it’s the best you can do for knowing about the product, we try to have reduced images in the website for keeping the payload low for faster load times but in this case we have left huge images so you can see all the product details.
You can add products in the cart without that meaning that you have to pay for them, you’ll have time later for rethinking on your buyment and add or remove products at your desire or even cancel the whole operation. When we have a selection of products that we would like to buy, it’s the moment of visiting the shopping cart, for that we click on “show cart” on the right menu. The actual screen that you will see will depend on the added products, but should look something like this:
Here we can see the unitary price of the products we added to the cart, the amount of products added and the total prize. If we click on product name it will forward us to the detailed description of the chosen product. Assuming that you are already logged on you can click in the red “checkout” link below for proceeding with the purchase.
In this screen you will be able to choose the shipping address, by default it will be shipped to the address you added in your registration, although you can change it if you want.
Once we agree with the shipping address we can proceed by clicking “next” in the lower part of this screen
There will be a list of shipping methods available, for now there is only one available, but I left this screen just in case in the future I’m able to add different shipping methods for you depending on your location.
After clicking on “next” you will be forwarded to payment method screen, you will be able to choice either to pay with a paypal account or with Cash on delivery, problem with cash on delivery is that it’s more expensive and it’s not available in every country, sadly My mail system only accept Cash on delivery on the following countries: Germany, Belgium, France, Hungary, Italy, Portugal and Swiss .
I let you know in case they are changes in the country list, in case you chose “cash on Delivery” and your country is not eligible for that kind of payment, the order will be canceled and you will be notified by e-mail.
In case you Chose Cash on delivery then you only need to review all the data and confirm the order, if you see something wrong you can click on the red carts in the upper part of the screen for going back to the desired steep and remake the wrong data.
You can also add some additional information for the order if you feel that there is something that we should know about you or your order, this could be a good moment for adding any special sizing that you might need if you are buying the exclusive gothic clothes (which are hand made specially for you).
After clicking on “confirm order” you only have to wait for your shipment to arrive, makeup orders are shipped in the next bushiness day (including Saturdays), exclusive clothes order must be made, those clothes are hand made specially for you and it could take up to 10 days to make them.
But if you chose paypal payment then after clicking on “confirm order” you will be forwarded to the paypal payment screen.
NOTE: my screen is in Spanish but yours will be in your mother language when you go to it.
After login in, you will find a screen with all the details for a last confirmation, when you get here, you all ready created the order in our website, but you still didn’t paid for it, you are free to change your mind at this point without causing any trouble to us yet.
If we find an order not being paid for a long time, we will send you an email asking about the issue and you can tell us to cancel it without causing any problem, if unanswered we will automatically cancel the order after some time. It’s quite important that when reaching to this point you check carefully that everything it’s ok, when you click on “pay now” the payment will be completed. ¿what will happen next? Well you have nothing more to do next, we will get your products and ship them as soon as possible. Talking about makeup we always have in stock a reasonable amount of products, so all orders will be shipped as soon as possible (usually from Monday to Saturday unless a local holyday makes unable to de the shipping that day). The handmade clothes order will be forwarded to the manufacturer and then it takes from 7 to 10 days to make the clothes for you, after that it will be shipped without delay. In the event you created an order with both clothes and makeup products, then the makeup will be sent immediately and the clothes as soon as they are made (so we will ship twice without any extra cost for you).
