Fellow roleplayer readers...
I need your help!.
This week I started the translation of Penumbra: the Gothic post apocalyptic role playing game, my idea is to translate at least 10 pages each day so I'm able to complete the translation within a month or so (about 190 pages without format).
What I need is someone, or much better a group of persons that are willing to read and review what I wrote to check that there isn't any grammatical error, that verbs are correctly used, that punctuation follow English standards, that expressions I used make sense in English and the like.
My problem is that I have an adequate English translation skills for some colloquial talk, and if I pay attention and do it with care probably a little more but the fact is that I want it to be translated in the better way possible and I'm absolutely sure that in 190 pages I'll commit a lot of errors (I did when I wrote it in Spanish... Suppose that will multiply in English).
I'm sorry I can't pay for the work, as you know at this stage still no one saw a penny from the work they did for the book, in deed the only one who got money yet was Spanish government for the formalities required for allowing me to publish the book... sick...
What I can promise is that I will give you as many credits as possible for your work. Ill include you in the official credits of the edition and then your name and link to your site (if you want) will appear on the book as well as any information about yourself or your professional work as long as it fits in a page or 2.
The book I'm talking about is a rule core book of a role playing game, that means it would be great if people involved in its translation knows something about role playing games, that’s not strictly necessary though.
So, if you are willing to help, please send me a mail to

and I will send you pages for correction as I´m writing them. The idea is that you read them and correct marking in red whatever you think was wrongly written so I can easily recognize the corrected text and place it back in place.
Thanks in advance for your help! And please help me!.
